2012 Focus Road Bikes

Focus have revamped their carbon fibre road bike line for 2012. While the Izalco remains the pro-level choice, it's now been joined by two new variants – the Izalco Ergoride and Donna. The Cayo remains for 2012 but is joined by an all-new EVO version. The frame is completely new and now weighs in under the magical 1kg mark. The head tube now has an angular sculpted design, with very neat integrated cable adjusters keeping thing tidy.

FOCUS have also improved the specifications across the range. With continued manufacturing in Germany, FOCUS have also surprised in 2012 with improved pricing compared with the 2011 range. All bikes represent outstanding value for money.

2012 Izalco Team 1.0 RRP $8,499

Black is back. The 2012 Izalco Team 1.0 is one super stealth machine that is sure to perform as good as it looks. The striking matt/gloss finish is equipped with the all new 3T Rigida Team T4 Carbon Forks, SRAM Red (Black Edition), Vision Trimax T50 Carbon Wheelset and FSA bars / stem.

The 2012 Izalco Team 2.0 is the first FOCUS bike to feature Shimano’s Dura Ace Di2 Electronic Groupset. Capped off with the all new 3T Rigida Team T4 Carbon Forks, Mavic Ksyrium SL Wheelset and FSA bars / stem, this is the bike for cyclists who insist on the best of the best components.

2012 Cayo Evo 2.0 Ultegra RRP $4,799

The Cayo-carbon frame has been completely redeveloped. A new thoroughbred racer has been created - neatly pared down in weight and with a significant boost in technology and design. Featuring Shimano’s Ultegra Di2 Elctronic groupset, as well as Fulcrum Racing 5 wheelset and FSA bars / Stem.
